The San Francisco based Porsche Racing Club is helping Porsche
racing enthusiasts find a regular schedule of high quality
racing events organized with local racing clubs such as NASA,
POC, SCCA, etc. and to ensure that participants have a safe
and enjoyable experience at each event. The PRC is not a sanctioning
organization. We are simply individual Porsche racing enthusiasts
acting in a collective manner to maximize our fun. The goal
for the Club is to attend about one event per month run by
well organized sanctioning organizations that set aside a
group that has Porsches only. Competitions between the Porsches
use a very simple car classification system and class-based
awards are presented after every race.
Our sister series, the 911 Toyo Cup,
is a new and exciting way to race very similar 911's, letting
the skill of the driver and setup of the crew to determine
the outcome of the race, not the cubic dollars spent on the
car! Check it out at http://www.911cup.com
